Why does my nose crackle?

Is it normal that sometimes my nose bothers me and I push it to the left and it makes a sound?

The truth is that my nose is my biggest flaw, and I'm thinking about having surgery. But if I have a functional problem, cosmetic surgery might be cheaper.

So, could this crackling be a functional problem?

Any recommendations for nose jobs?
