why does my philtrum look so long on a camera

my philtrum looks really long on a camera but irl in the mirror it doesnt look as long, is there a reason

Lens distortion is a big thing, if it looks long in most camera angles then it’s probably just long

it looks long in like most angles, but it does appear smaller the further away the camera. its still long just looks LONGER on a camera
