Back when i was flaring with IBD i had insanely putrid smelling poop from completely fucked up flora. I personally enjoyed the smell somehow, reminded me of how a corpse smells which is weirdly soothing, but other people would start tearing and gasping for air everytime they went after me, bloodshot eyes and everything
