Why does my side profile look better with a mouthguard in?

-or is the second one frauded in terms like i didnt take the second picture how i shouldve?
-or the second one isnt the side profile therefore its 3/4?
-or it doesnt look better and im dumb

i actually have long philtrum+thin lips.
i think the new method is just wearing a mouthguard

how do i fix that,i cant wear a mouthguard anywhere else.
i notice always that mouthguard makes me look better i know it sounds retarded but it just does something

plenty of threads abt maxila but the mouthguard just gives u better lip assesments and makes ur philitrum more projected and not flat dats about it shoulda gave me solution jfl

brother u dont need surgery u still look good but i didnt really look to deep into maxilla if i did i would link but its out there check best of the best
