Why does my skin colour look so weird all of a sudden

From about about 4 inches from a mirror my skin colour is light brown but when I look up close it’s like this disgusting pale yellow colour, which really doesn’t go well with my existing dark hyperpigmentation from my acne

Is red undertones the solution ?

Could be Carotenemia which a condition in which yellow- or orange-colored skin develops due to high levels of beta-carotene in the blood. It is can be caused by eating a lot of foods or supplements high in the nutrient carotene. It can obviously be solved by reducing carotene intake and should not result in complications. Thats the only thing I could think of that would be likely to cause this. Are you taking a lot of carotene?
