Why does my skull appear small

I've done many measurements on my skull, most of which conclude that my skull is not small.

I've done skull circumference measurements which indicate a slightly above average skull circumference (i measured with short hair).

I've also measured the width of my face and the height of my face and it appears average as well.

The only thing is that my skull appears small when I look in the mirror.


My whole body is small boned as I've got small wrists so could my small body frame make my skull appear smaller.

Could it just be the mirror that's making my skull perceived as smaller than it really is.

What is the problem?

I honestly despise my small like structure. It's the only thing besides my bodyfat that lets me down. My bodyfat I can change tho

You either have body dysmorphia or actually small skull but it depends on your height, if you're tall then your skull is likely to appear small if you're in teenage imo. My skull also looks smaller in mirror from a distance and I can very much relate with you, i have also measured it from every angle many times and all of them are average

Can bdd make people think they are ugly even if they are a chad or something.


Yeah I think my skull appears smaller but I heard that a smaller head is ideal and is a sort after feature for modelling. Though it would only look aesthetic if I had broad shoulders and a bigger build to back it up.

Yes it can, if youve been told by someone that you have smaller head than maybe you can trust him but if you have bdd you prolly cant trust the image in mirror
