Why does my weight fluctuate oddly?

So I was dieting for a couple days straight, don't really notice much loss. the scale was around 148-150

Yesterday I pigged out a bit. Two 16 oz cokes, pringles, a burger, a couple cookies, chicken, mac and cheese, and a whole bottle of pea milk (pea milk was 450 calories.) Overall that's gotta be around 2500-3000 calories, but today I decided to fast and I just weighed myself and I'm at 146. What gives? Does coca cola act as some diuretic and help you lose weight? Or is the weight loss from the dieting from previous days?
 
Everyone's weight fluctuates depending on what they ate and the amount of fluid in the body. Sodium will make you retain more water making you weight more for example, also makes you more bloated. The difference can be up to 6 pounds or around 2 kg so yeah

6 lbs is 2.7 kg btw
 
Then focus on cardio, not that hard. How much do you weigh and what bf? What’s your maintenance?

I'm like 146 and I'd say around 15% body fat. What does maintenance mean?

Nigga if you’re 15% that’s pretty lean already, just tell me your height and wrist circ. Maintenance means amount of cals needed to maintain same weight without exercise.

I'm 5'11.5 and wrist circumference is 6.75 inches, I heard 10% body fat is good for the face though

You’re in healthy weight, but have probably average or poor frame, correct? Check your bf, it should really be around 20%, you may be underestimating. Regardless, you should shred to start with I think. Obviously I can’t know because I don’t have pics but get down to 130-135. My suggested regimen would be : Mondays and Fridays, make sure to get protein the night before, but still eat lean the night before. Then go ahead and do interval sprints, preferably on treadmill or track so you know incline. Aim for maximum speed for 40 seconds, then 2-3 mins break. Repeat till you feel you can’t run at any sort of decent speed anymore. Make sure to get protein after this. On Wednesdays, Saturday’s, and every other week Tuesdays, go for a 5km run, aim to complete within 20 minutes. Get protein before and after, obviously. Every week, try to get to the pool on Thursday, as a bit of recovery/exercise because you didn’t go running on that Tuesday. Fuck, and make sure to do your warmups and cooldowns. Warmups are just dynamic stretches, for cool doesn’t just walk slowly, maybe static stretches, maybe even go to the pool/spa/massage after the workout if you want to and can. Also, if you feel this is too cardio heavy, just take out one interval sprint day, replace that with weight training, and take away one running day.

Yeah, go ahead man. Unless you want to PM pics to make sure, that’s what I’d say. But don’t over do it, one you start to feel and/or notice weakness, stop shredding and get bulking.
