why does netflix do this

i thought netflix was all the hype so i bought it because i thought it had like every show on there. Ive had it for a few days now and some of the shows I watch dont have every season. For example this one show has 4 seasons but netflix only lists 2 out of the 4. stupid.

i was watching for free before netflix but it would buffer randomly and pause and the quality was very low

It's downloading. If you have a slow connection, you might want to download it instead of streaming. If you have a fast downlink, give it a minute before you start watching so it can properly catch up.
