Why does no one ever notice or point out my failos?

Anytime I’m talking with foids or normies friends/go-workers and I point out a certain failo of mine (rough looking skin, thin eyebrows, slightly asymmetrical lips) they never seen to notice. They say my face looks fine or compliment me. I even remember a foid saying my skin looked shiny & really good and then asking me what my skin routine was when I complained about my skin looking like shit jfl. My friends think there’s something wrong with me (like I’m seeing shit that’s not there). Anyone else have this happen to them? Is it because I’m judging myself based off of lense distorted selfies or BDD? Weird how only I’m obsessing over and noticing these flaws.
