i did jump rope every night 10 min for a year and was debloated even on high sodium

Potassium chloride is kinda mid tbh, for me I have to take over 1000mg with a fuckton of water for it to do shit. Also it does NOT taste like salt at all, it tastes like shit. I put it in 0 cal flavored cranberry juice just to not vomit from the taste.

I take 12/14g a day, 2/3 days before an event.

Never had a heart attack.

1g of chloride = 1g of pure potassium.

Assuming I take around 1g of sodium, the least I should take to de bloat is 4g of pure potassium (8g of chloride).

Day 1- Limit water as much as possible
Day 2- 1/2 gallon
Day 3- 1/2 gallon
day 4- 1 gallon
day 5- 2 gallon
day 6- 1/2 gallon
day 7- 1/2 gallon


This will ensure your pissing constantly and clearing your system, trust me it works


Last note, alcohol debloats you while your drinking and the morning after (tequilla the most of all) but then you will get bloated badly the next day after that so dont rely on this

I take vitassium capsules


Apparently consuming 6-10g of sodium with 3-4l of water works the best for me for debloating


But I have specific medical condition.

ok. now look up potassium chloride lethal injection! and look up potassium chloride instead of just normal potassium. i take potassium bicarbonate, it doesn’t work as well but at least it’s not used as a lethal injection

Did this exact regimen for a week after drinking 4 liters of water a day for years bro and it left my face saggy and bloated even when potassium/sodium ratio was in check. Should I keep going, stay consistent, and trust the process or?? Since after one week I went back to drinking 3L a day and it’s back to normal so I’m really hoping this isn’t another meme.

Also I’m thinking cortisol spike may have been a contributor since on the day where I limited water intake I was craving water lol.

I take about 2000 mg daily which is a heaping scoop using a teaspoon

Know that it makes you shit a decent amount the first time you take a large dose, similar to preworkout shit but not horrible. It also tastes like death the first time, as your essentially drinking pure salt

Do you weigh your potassium chloride or do you just go by the “1/10 tsp = 200mg” on the packaging. Because when I weighed 1 tsp of potassium chloride my scale said it was 6 grams, not 2.
 
@Clavicular Bruh is water cycling safe? especially abt drinking 2 gallons you can die from that, and can i use liters for water cycling?

I don't know if anyone mentioned this but beer will make you bloated. Best alc is shots of vodka or tequila with a ginger ale if you need a chaser
