I have literally tried everything at this point, every topical solution, and every diet change. Adapalene, Benzoyl Peroxide, Clindamyacin, Salicylic Acid, Tret 0.025, Tret 0.05, even tried minocycline pill which I had to stop because it was making MY SHIT BLACK. only thing from here is to go on accutane, which im scared will fuck up my growth and cardiovascular performance in running. Currently doing bone broth everyday and IT STILL DOENST work. shit acne genetics in my family my mom still has acne in her late 40s and I have dirty greasy ass italian skin. over.
