I was kind of LARPing as autistic in this post. My point was if genioplasty works if someone has a good gonial angle (115-125) and isn’t downgrown. An overprojected chin looks a lot better than a weak jaw, even if it looks a bit weird with an overbite like in O’Pry’s case.

Even so, you could “jut” your jaw 5 minutes before socializing to align the lips since your mandibular muscles would hold a normal occlusion for like an hour, then people wouldn’t notice.
