Trump clearly prove that whatever the president, the politic of USA does not change, meaning he is forced to act. Just look at syria's case and israel.
Before, trump tweeted that obama should never attack syria and therefore should not help israel. When trump came in power he attacked iran and syria. Atleast trump still tried but he does shows that there is a clear agenda that cannot be stopped by one single president.
