No showers or diet will save you. I'd check accutane, or retin-a if i were you maybe dermarolling as well if it leaves scarring, skincare routine as a side thing but main is accutane or retin-a i saw the pics it's fucked man I don't have that bad of acne, but close up you can see scarring and shit on mine as well.
