Forget them and if you have a chance to fix or repair some of your mistakes then, well you know what to do.

Why worry about yesterday's fuckups when you tomorrow's fuckups to look forward to?

could we have done better tho?Regret feels so heavy as it is an internal guilt that we all have. It is hard to live with the fact that we messed up, whether that be in a large scale or small scale. It is especially difficult when you look back and the mistake was clearly a bad move, but we regret it because we could have done better.
This is a good question. I would probably say that regret is a coping mechanism for us to feel better about our own mistakes. But, in saying that I do think that we could have done better at that period of time ..........which could have significantly impacted us in a positive way in our lives now.could we have done better tho?
isn't regret just a coping mechanism for us to feel better about how shit of a person we actually are?
