no amtter how tasty something can be made at home, the restaurant equivalant almost always mogs it
. even home made sandwiches as good as they are, can't compete with restaurant subs. the best home made food is like a high tier becky, restaurant food is like stacy lite, stacy, gigastacy, its just not comparable.

They have experience, equipment & ingredients people typically don’t have access to at their homes

For starters one of the big things is restraints use a ton of oil and having more oil to some extent can create a tastier feel for the food. They also use a lot more salt . A lot of restrauraunt also add a lot of butter to their foods which can also taste good.

Other factors could be in some premium restaurant they might be using more fresh ingredients and the chefs might have some signature sauce or recipe that they took a while to test out.

All of these can skew the perception for restaurant food mogging home food.

But you can make good quality home made meals. It won't taste restraunt quality as all that extra salt and greasy oil will not be good for one's health, but it can still taste damn well. But note that it will take trial and error to get good at it. The most important thing is to be abla to follow the directions to the tee and understanding which ingredients are core to the " taste " of the dish and which ones are not. Thats why its best to start with more simpler recipes before trying to replicate some of your restaurant favorites.
