Why does schampoo work for everyone else, but destroys my hair?

if I ever complain about my hair people are like "well that's because you don't use schampoo and conditioner" or whatever, and I can't believe how people can recommend that shi,
when i use that, for example if I go to a barber that washes the hair, my hair looks super goofy and dry for a whole week before it recovers.

i use argan and coconut oil before shampooing and conditioning
shit works wonders for my curls

you're probably allergic to the chemicals in the shampoo, and the skin that harbors the follicle and surrounding sebaceous glands are negatively affected when you apply it.
