common for bf and gf to have each others ig account. me and my gf do. i thought you were maybe saying she put your pfp as her, and in that case it would mean shes claiming you in a sense.
but in your situation, its weird. does she follow guys? if so, it could be that she is trying to boost her social status, and im not directly saying she is trying to get attention from guys, but it is at least attention seeking in some sort of way (even if she wants it from her friends to be seen as prettier)
