Why does Stacylite give IOI at school?

There is a stacylite who always says "hi (my name)" to me randomly for some reason. She is probably an inch taller than me also. Is it some sort of prank to confuse me, or is it because she talked to me in elementary school? Is just be first theory applying in this situation? I thought I was a 4/10 incel who would be ignored by any female. Obviously she would never date me but still. Why would she even look at me? Is it because I ignore her? I also got an IOI from some freshman ethnic jb. She asked me to confirm my name and then introduced herself. These jbs are behaving in an unexpected way, I am confused.
