I need some info about these two states of infraorbital support.

of course, the second one looks way better.

this girl I’m talking about has the first type:ogre:, but when she’s well-rested, after cardio, or after a face scrub, it turns into the second one.

I’m not sure if it’s age-related, because in the first version she looks older.

so it turns out that one person can have two different states of under-eye support.

When I wake up my infras are way better. As the day go on, especially when I don’t eat well and get tired my eyes decend

they’re definitely dynamic.
I think it’s related to blood flow.

after a scrub or cardio it becomes very active. most likely it reflects overall skin and health condition.

In morning a slight amount of water retention can hide the lower eyelid bugginess as well as it seems the lighting on the first pic is coming more from above the head (by looking at the reflection on her iris) and from front of the head in the second pic.
