But the reason is: FAVOURABLE FAT DISTRIBUTION.

People with bad forward growth USUALLY have normal amount of fat on their face, like e.g. male models. But due to forward growth, that gets more support, and they get hollow cheeks.

If one is recessed, they have less bones, thus, less stretching. The same amount of fat as in an average person would kill this face. HOWEVER, he is VERY LEAN, and his fat IS NOT IN THE FACE. It is elsewhere, with almost 0 buccal fat, and GOOD CHEEKBONES.
