I mean there's a reason why you never see filler used for great height gains - it's not possible at some point as it's no longer on the bone - this is where implants shine; just cope with masseter dehiscence/implant reveal and hide it with fat graft/filler or Botox the muscle if it bunches up higher

He actually doesn’t look too uncanny it’s really just his skin texture that is shit and bad misc otherwise I’d say he probably ascended from wtv his base was, likely ltn so nice like 1.5 point ascention, just enough to get 2 mtb slays a month, nice

i said it bc his eyes are asymmetrical but if you look close his whole face is slighly asymmetrical and the injection made it look even more asymmetrical and using ingection to mimic bone mass is not a good idea overall

Other than the retarded ass face hes making I feel like his chins a bit too projected and his gonions are a bit too overfilled kinda like a bad jaw implant with weird dehiscence, though thats probably from a negative mental feedback loop where some guys think bigger is better. His nose definitely isnt helping his harmony either i feel like alot of his harmony and uncannyness comes from his eye area and how weird his nose is. Its kinda like this one pic

but with overfilled gonions and the weird offputting texture of his skin it looks like hes got botox or smt in and its like tanned leather thats been dusted but still has a few marks. Plus the philtrum to chin ratio is crazy its like 1-3 jfl
