i dont recommend going to cities more than 10 degree celsius average than your original birthplace and ethnicity in summer, living in cities higher than 5-8 degree celsisus and thus enough sun is ideal

That makes so much sense why I perform very well under extreme and drastic temperature changes because the city I was born in has at least a 10 degree change from low and high temperatures

fuck cities. only cool when you are 18-25 yo. mountain town life with yearly 3° C average is peak lifestyle to connect with god and be healthy.
