Why does tretinoin make my face completely redness and bloated?

I tried to use it to improve the appearance of my skin, but it is impossible, my face starts to get bloated and redness and I feel a lot of burning, even using sunscreen.

I feel so ugly when I use it that I can't even leave home.

And I'm not white, i'm latin.
