Not sure if this qualifies as a good answer because its still only a Theory Ive been developing lately based
on Geopolitical patterns in the Media.

What it seems like to me is that the Elites are gradually displacing themselves from the Proletariats and moving
their Assets Offshore particular to the East, hence why you may notice the Development of Regions like Singapore
Bali and most recently Sri Lanka.With China set to be the new Global Power by the turn of the Century
