you need CCW (and obviously, palatal expansion). Start chewing hard gum DAILY and hard mewing and face/thumbpulling.

shit eye support is a symptom of a greater issue here, don't bother with these bandaid solutions.

your infras are just your maxilla and zygos, you need to reposition those two bones higher and more foreward so that you cannot get eyebags to begin with.

I said in the post. Chew hard gum at all times, pull on your palate with your thumbs multiple times a day (or use towelpull or facepulling/beltpulling. do some research on some older threads here)

perfect posture at all times, supplement with hard chin tucking for long periods. you should feel the pressure on your maxilla and be sore in the morning for months.
