Why doesn't everyone get cantho?

If you have neutral or negative tilt why not get canthopexy? if positive tilt is inherently better then isn't everyone with neutral or negative tilt a candidate? even if you have positive like 2 degree positive or something it's still not as ideal as 4 degree. thoughts?

This is soo true.it looks bad when they have excessive uee.doesnt look bad when people have good supra it is rare to have good supra with positive ct
