Eyes have their own immune system that isnt shared with your body. If your body detects your eyes are there it attacks your eyes making you go blind. Thats why eye transplants dont exist im assuming

Eyes don't "have their own immune system". That's nonsense. But a working immune system will reject any foreign object or organ. Hence transplant patients need to be on immunosuppressives for life so their immune system doesn't destroy the donor organ.
