Why doesnt the forum have DEI program

The users and especially the mods are all cis straight white men.
We need more diversity.
Atleast 50% of mod team should be female
20% should be apart of the lgbtq+ community
50% should be from minority ethnic backgrounds

This forum is giving white supremacy and misogyny
