Why doesn't tretinoin work?

I use Eritromisin (%2) ve İzotretinoin (%0,05) gel. I've been using this gel for two weeks, maybe even three. My daily routine is to wash my face with soap before bed, then rinse with ice water, and apply the gel half an hour later. In the morning, I wash my face and rinse with ice water again.I use La Roche sunscreen when I go outside, but I don't use moisturizer because I don't feel the need. I've also started using azelaic acid every two days.But this gel only dries out inflamed pimples, and those damn red marks don't go away. They have pimple-like tips, but they're not inflamed. What am I doing wrong? Does the medication take 2 months to show results? What course of action should I take? I've been using this gel for 2-3 weeks now, but my acne is the same; it only dries out the inflamed areas.

dude tretinoin takes a couple months minimum to see results
2 weeks is nothing and your skin will probably get worse before it gets better

Topical tretinoin doesn't have that kind of side effect, brother.

well both topical isotretinoin and tretinoin make you purge, just in different ways...and both take months to work....

1 ay sonra I'll start taking Zoretanin if that doesn't work, and I'm thinking, I've been having this problem for 3 years, most likely my liver is genetically fatty.I think my acne will come back after I stop using this topic because my liver will still be fatty.
