Why don't Balkan and Baltic men benefit from the "height halo" as much as Nordic and Dutch men?

It feels like people straight up overlook the fact that the Balkans and Baltic Europeans some often actually taller than many Nordics and on par with the Dutch.

Is it due to lack of soft power(albeit they've been getting more attention in the NBA recently)?
