oestrogen isn't typically given as an injection because levels would be unstable. they would just spike and return to baseline.

also oestrogen would have to be balanced with progesterone for any meaningful benefit. taking high doses of unnecessary oestrogen increases the risk of breast cancer and disrupts a woman's natural hormonal cycle (us men have a relatively steady baseline of test)
