why dont heel implants exist

can somebody explain to me why the concept of heel implants wouldnt work?

i dont think you could add that much height using heel implants, the most would probably be around 1 inch but thats still good

the only reason i feel like it wouldnt work is cuz your foot wouldnt be flat and it would basically be as if youre wearing built in height boosters but you would probably get used to it after some time.

maybe an inch would be too much tho now that i think about it

it might be fucking up the anatomy and low demand since you can WEAR boosters instead of going through an invasive procedure idk
