Why don't I feel thirsty EVER?

Like I drink max 300ml of water a day MAX.

I never really "feel thirsty", I just have it with food or something.

i used to be the same, i prolly drank a cup of water a day. I still dont feel thirsty but i just force myself to gulp some water down

yeah, just put a timer every hour or two to drink some water and eventually its gonna become a habit
