Why don't mass shooters who are supposedly "incels" commit rape before/instead of going ER?

The reason they go ER is supposedly "vengeance" for being rejected sexually. So why don't they find some chick to rape, wouldn't that be closer to "vengeance"? After all, the chick didn't murder the incel or anyone, she did, what the dude going ER perceived to be a "sexual injustice". Well, if that is the case, rape would be another "sexual injustice" to get vengeance as well as a way to get some sexual power for once in their life.

I suppose the one reason they don't do that is because they could go to jail because of rape, where as going ER is a bunch of shooting followed by blowing your own head off when the police show up. Even if this is the case, it's still possible to rape some bitch, and then proceed to go ER before killing yourself.

This makes me think that a lot of these mass shooters might actually be hoaxes and/or false flags, and not actually real. It would explain why ER failed so bad, because it's easier to fake a mass shooting if 6 people rather than a slaughter of an entire sorority house.

In some parts of the Middle East and South Asia, it's common. You kill a girl in your family because she has sex with someone who is not her future husband.
