Why don’t more people talk about fat transfer/filler around eye area?

Is that the short-term puffiness of fat grafts in the after? I’m guessing it settles down after a while?

From what I read on forums, it usually requires more than 1 pass for a decent results. Besides doctor's skill, it depends on type of fat source, fat preparation, recovery abilities of patient's body. And iirc it's better be done in a range of % which you typically maintain, as significant weight loss or gain can be bad for the result.

So it would be better to use it for adjustments like hooding or enhance symmetry more than trying to fill large hollow areas you think?

I’ve been debating getting some done around the periorbital contour to make the eye area more sharp

I'll be getting them done this weekend, although I'm only doing uee filler, not fat grafts.

Let us know how it goes, dude. I hope it has the desired effect! Any other procedures you’re looking to get done?

People used for both purposes. But not sure it's good for assymmetry, as it's not precusely predictable what exact amount of fat will survive longer term.
