i researched a little bit into it and you get results about a month of consistent daily or overnight listening, with absolute belief it works, visualisation of your desired results and to de-attach (listen to the subliminal while doing something else to the point where you have forgotten that you were listening to it, thus it becomes subconscious rather than conscious)
it would be nice if an aspie who is 20+ here actually tried these exact things and report back in like a year.
