It's not your fault you ended up in a shitty environment or with non ideal genetics but if you are here on .org it means you know there's something wrong.

So why can't people take the advice given here and at least try. We got teenagers here already accepting that it's over without even trying to do simple softmaxxes

Then we have people who are doing softmaxxes nonstop but they don't try to at least dumpster dive for experience....

It's over for y'all tbh, don't try, give up and LDAR. You'll come back in 4 years regretting not trying harder when you were younger. I'm done

Worst vice is advice. Besides, most softmaxxes are utter cope and BOTB is a pile of shit. The only thing that works is losing weight should you be morbidly obese. It is what it is.

Basically what @St.TikTokcel said, what’s the point of hardcore softmaxxing to go from a 1 to a 2.5 ? Most people here would need surgery to make meaningful changes however most are broke/have bluepilled parents or are just in denial and can’t accept their genetic inferiority.
