Why dont people just get paranasal implants for a flat maxilla if they have a perfect bite instead of lefort

so i should just get lefort? the recovery time is really long tho and my midface is already short if i want more ccw rotation my midface wld get even shorter u think its worth it?

tbh bimax and lefort are overrated , if u want to get longer midface why not , but not rlly the best shit for the front profile
