One of the functions of poop is to absorb excess water before coming out of ur booty hole. Constipation as well as mal absorption causes fluid buildup because many of the fluids that would leave your body are absorbed making you look more bloated.


Theoretically pooping more and increasing your poops ability to absorb fluid(using fiber etc) should help with debloating same with peeing as well
