Why dont ricecels use their technology to scare other races who mistreat and disrespect them in the west?

Dont you need technology to defend your country from outside invaders? For example if pakis or mexicans disrespect ricecels in the states why dont ricecels just overthrow the government and use their tanks missiles nuclear weapons and air forces to terrorize whites blacks latinos etc who live in the usa?
