That's too expensive for the vast majority of people. There's not enough land mass to feed the population in such a way. Probably rich people eat that. You can't even find meat like that in a regular supermarket, it's mostly marketing.

Cats are pickier eaters and you almost have to feed them gourmet food to fatten them up. Dogs will also eat anything and tend to have more health problems (from my experience at least).
