I used to lucid dream a lot...The memories however are pretty blurry, fuzzy, they can't compare with real life memories, they feel more like stuff you experienced when playing a video game or watching a movie for example.

But did you stop to actually watch them, be aware and notice how fake the dream world actually is? It's not very far from those AI generated images, where everything is very fuzzy, blurry, and just weird, more like the ideas of what you are supposed to see there, for example if you try to read in a lucid dream any text - on posters, magazine, books, etc. - the letters are just a jumbled mess that are constantly morphing and shifting.

i mean usually when im lucid dreaming im just flying or doing some villain shit so it's kind of basically the same as real life unless you want to dream of something that has a lot of detail maybe then the dream will look like ai generated shit i mostly lucid dream for the women

close your eyes don't move any part of your body so your body thinks you're going to sleep and focus on any noise for example your AC and your mind will make you fall asleep without knowing you're actually aware then you suddenly appear in a dream
