I got cheekbone filler 2 weeks ago my results are great so far. Just dont get it done by some bimbo, a good product such as juvederm straight to the bone will minimise migration chances just don't overfill. You can get it disdolved if it migrated anyway there's no reason to not get it

No it won't migrate and give you pillow face as long as you do not go overboard, follow correct protocol for maintenance and get the right type. actually not to be that guy but fillers usually don't cause infection or immune harmful immune response when compared to implants. Also implants can give you very bad sensitivity to EMFs, just look at frank tufano

Only cheekbones, cheekbones are probably the least likely filler to migrate out of all. You need to make sure to not get it somewhere that has a lot of facial movement, like lips for example which are the worst of the worst for migration
