I don't know how to explain but the environment I'm in everyone is always competitive, always slap boxxing or wrestling and drop fighting. I want to be able to take off my shirt, slam someone on their back and have girls on me.

I don't even know what I'm trying to convey with this post

What I'm saying is at the end of the day aren't we still descendants of apes.

Wouldn't it benefit us to make ourselves as High T looking as possible? Both for women and to scare off men

well, athletes are actually not the healthiest people despite what may come to the mind at first.
The Proto-Germanic tribesmen would laugh at people nowadays who willingly jog 1 hour and then do heavy lifting for another on a daily basis and call themselves "healthy"

depends, but stress driven exercise is certainly not something I would like to do regularly.
It is like an antilope who tries to evade several lions 24/7. Chronic stress, the modern disease and not even acknowledged the reach it has.

You remember when you were a kid and you had a huge adrenaline rush once in some sort of dangerous situation? Maybe you discovered the fight or flight state which gives you inhuman durability and strength for a short term?
Thats what is keeping the Antilope alive when he is hunted by the lions. He needs this stress system because it is either over for him or he is over with it. After he has evaded the lions, everything will revert back to normal
idk what I am even talking about tbh
