They are both fat dissolvers, the thing is kyrella works instantly, and is FDA approved and safe, its just a direct upgrade.

Dut Isn't fda approved too. FDA approve is literally buzz word in 2026. If it passes korean/chinese/European health standarts and has good anecdotal experience with big sample size(literally dutasteridd and aqualyx) it's OK.

Not sure from my research awualyx is a great happy medium and is known to work also easy to source
