A mix of both. It's hard for anyone to approach in general, but foids being inherently low T makes it even harder for them since they lack bravery.

This is often seen in the work place as well. Men are more likely to ask for and negotiate higher wages whereas foids generally don't (part of the reason why the cry about muh wage gap).
