Best way in terms of looksmaxing is 250mg - 1g test with Dutasteride and GH.

GH great for basically only gaining lean mass on a bulk because
1) it substantially increases IGF1 (one of the most anabolic hormones) and
2) it increases the lipolytic action of norepinephrine at beta receptors.

Those are really the only things you need and shouldn’t come with health issues if done right.

Tren is good for starvemaxing mostly for very short periods.
