There's lots of non Europeans but they are very segregated in practice. I've spoken to a few ethnics from France and they all complain how racist everyone is without being overtly racist.

If you asked everyone in Europe their honest thoughts about immigration I'd wager the majority would say things that would be considered racist. So the idea it's just poor or ignorant people being that way isn't true IMHO.
