They cause a lot of fatigue and drain a lot of energy. Hence affecting workouts following the deadlift. Tbh, deadlifts are manlets cope because manlets can go heavy on a deadlift because of short limbs=small range of motion.
Better do leg curls and pullups instead.
 
back bridging stand to stands and the related progressional exercises are superior

seems like its the ultimate looksmin exercise

gymcels only like it because they can flex how much they deadlift (ofc nobody gives a shit abt this)

i don't deadlift
deadlifting is absolutely fucking useless and does more harm than good
 
Deadlift = showing strength mogger exercise tbh. I want a good deadlift tbh. Didn’t realize how rare it was to have a 800+ deadlift
 
its an exercise that needs to be learned properly since it engages a lot of muscles at the same time, its a mooger exercise
